Accessing Support

You can access TomTom Support directly from the Dashboard. Follow these steps:
1. Log into the Dashboard2. Navigate to Support
  • There are two ways to access Support:

  • Click the question mark icon in the top-right corner, then select Support from the dropdown menu.

  • In the Dashboard, locate the Support panel and click Contact support.

3. Access the Support page
  • Click the Continue with Dashboard button to open the Support page.

  • Once on the Support page, you can create a case and track your requests.
