Case confirmation and tracking

Once your case is successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation message within the system, including a unique case ID. This ID allows you to track your request and follow up on its progress.
For your convenience, a confirmation email will also be sent to you with the case details. You can use the provided link in the email to directly access your case and monitor its status.
To review your reported cases at any time, navigate to Support, where you can view Your last cases at the bottom panel. To see all your cases, go to the Support cases tab.
