During this time, the dashboard will be partially unavailable for Freemium and Pay As You Grow users. We apologize for the inconvenience. Additionally, new user registration will be temporarily disabled.
Affected service: TomTom Developer Portal
The following pages will be unavailable during the maintenance window:
Registration
Prepaid balance
It will also not be possible to:
Create a new order
Update recurring payment settings
View the number of free daily API requests (though you can still make free requests)
This maintenance is part of a multi-phase infrastructure upgrade to improve system performance and reliability. Phase 1 takes place on April 29. We’ll provide advance notice before future phases.
Notice for Pay As You Grow users: After the maintenance, the Prepaid Balance History graph, located in the Prepaid balance section, may be temporarily unavailable.
We aim to restore it as soon as possible.
Important: API and SDK traffic will not be affected.
